About Me

With a background in cuisine and pastry from the Tante Marie’s Cooking School in San Francisco, the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and the Ecole Ritz Escoffier in Paris, Sunshine Puey has more than 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. She was the co-founder of one of the premier dining establishments in the city, The Goose Station, and chef and founder of Gourmandise Patisserie, both previously located in BGC.

She now works as a home-based cook selling made-to-order gourmet sweets and savouries. When not in the kitchen, Sunshine can be found running after her two young boys, trying out the latest restaurants  or bingeing on Netflix shows.
